Gun Collector News Seeking Input

Running a hobby website can become overwhelming at times. Just answering and responding to emails has become pretty time consuming. When I launched the “News” section of guncollectorsclub.com I programed the site to pull in headlines about guns and gun collecting in hopes that this would be a time saver.

What I learned very quickly, was that many of the news stories were not appropriate. For example, I got a lot of news about a race car driver named Glock!

I’ve decided to try something different. I’m going to promote our users from “subscribers” to “contributors” and allow you to contribute to the News section of the site. Anyone who contributes a worthy post will be promoted to “author”.

Thanks in advance for your input!

Greg

I just found your web site and found that the 1903 Colt pistol I have was mfg. in 1909 and is in excellent shape. I have been wondering for quite awhile and am happy to have the info–I have a few other guns that I’m interested in finding their value and history, such as a Browning Belgium made “sweet 16″ an auto 5 12 ga. an original model 94 gold commemorative 30/30 rifle still in the box with the warranty still attached on the trigger guard. I will be watching and checking as I have some old Winchester hammer shot guns and hexagon 22 caliber pump and a old hexagon Marlin large Cal rifle —Thanks–Imajohn
